1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through mishee.lk (the “Website”). The Website is operated by MISHEE (“MISHEE”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Delivery & Installation page, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy.
2. Products
MISHEE sells gate and door motors (sliding, swing, roller shutter and roller door) and related accessories. Descriptions, images and specifications are provided as a guide. You are responsible for choosing a product suitable for your gate or door. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are not part of the product price. They are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
4. Orders and availability
When you place an order, the Website checks stock automatically and updates our inventory. Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or is found to be damaged, we will contact you, explain the situation and cancel the affected order. Any amount you have paid for that order will be refunded.
We will send your order confirmation and delivery details, including by WhatsApp.
5. Payment
Payments made on the Website are processed by our payment gateway and are made at checkout.
Installation is not part of an online order. It is arranged and paid for separately by bank transfer, as set out on our Shipping, Delivery & Installation page.
6. Delivery, collection and installation
Dispatch times, delivery times, collection from our location and installation are explained on our Shipping, Delivery & Installation page.
7. Returns, refunds, cancellation and warranty
These are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy and our Warranty Policy. Motors carry a two-year warranty.
8. Limitation of liability
MISHEE is not liable for damage, loss or failure caused by:
- lightning, weather events or other natural causes;
- flooding. Our motors are water-resistant, but they can be damaged if flooded; or
- installation, repair or modification by anyone other than a MISHEE-approved technician.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual property
The MISHEE name, logo, images and website content belong to MISHEE and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place your order applies to that order.
